Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director 2005 to Present

Apply client brand and conceptual messaging to the creation of booth and exhibit graphics for use in tradeshows and major corporate events. As one of only two graphic designers on staff, serve as a key collaborator through all phases of integrated marketing strategy. Clients have included Scientific Atlanta, Cisco Systems, Kyocera, Acciona, Harris RF Communications, and American Chemical Society.

Principle / Art Director 1992 - 2005

Served as consultant designer on a diverse array of design projects using illustration, graphic design, photographic, and web-ready creations from concept. Developed ideas and piloted projects according to design specifications, budgetary parameters, and timelines.

• Oversaw project production from concept to completion.
• Managed supplier and vendor relationships, including web hosting, print shops, copywriters, and photographers.
• Developed illustrations for magazine articles appearing in Adirondack Life, Horticulture Magazine, Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine, and Men's Journal.
• Created package illustrations for Sam Adams Golden Pilsner, Endicott-Johnson footwear, and Genesee Brewing Company products.
• Produced a variety of print advertisements, newsletters, and brochure designs for F.F. Thompson Health.
• Designed several items in commemoration of the 200 year anniversary of the Canandaigua Treaty, including courthouse banner, a 16-page booklet, and the official poster. Posters sold out rapidly, earning enough revenue to offset expenses of associated celebratory events.
